Delivery & Exchange
Return & Exchange Policy
1. Exchange and return of damaged items will not be honoured after 24 hours of receipt of goods.
2. If you received your product in a condition that is defective or damaged, our staff will review and advise on an appropriate action, be it to touch-up, replace, exchange or to return and refund.
3. Replaced products of the same model and colour are subject to stock availability, it may take a few months for it to be replaced.
4. Products exchanged can only be of the same value or higher (subject to a top-up in the difference in value).
5. We will not refund products that have been bought and received where in our reasonable opinion, the product has become unacceptable due to misuse or failure of proper care.
6. In the event that items are replaced, exchanged or returned, the shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
Product & Delivery Information
1. As our furniture products are mostly hand painted, some variations in colour and texture are to be expected between the actual product and display.
2. Furniture that are made of solid wood: Due to the nature of the material, grain patterns will vary from piece to piece. Natural wood features might be present. These features are in no way considered as defects.
3. We use a mix of either oil or water based paints for our furniture. Colour might change over time due to the environment and is not considered a defect.
4. Current delivery promotion, free delivery only applies to online purchases above $500, a special delivery fee of $25 is required for purchases below $500.
5. Free delivery(if applicable) only applies to the initial delivery of the product to the customer. Subsequent deliveries are charged based on normal delivery rates.
Small Products - $30 per item
Large Furniture Items - $50 per item
Stair Charges - $20 per floor per item
6. Upon confirmation of item availability, our delivery team will contact the customer within 3 working days to arrange a delivery slot. And item will reach you in approximately 7 working days.
Cancellation of Order
1. If you have changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of the time of order and receive a full refund of your money. In the event that you have changed your mind after your item has been shipped out, we will not not be able to cancel your order. Cancellations after 24 hours are reviewed on a case by case basis.
Refund Policy
1. Refunds might take up to 14 working days to fully process. Mode of refund will usually be in the form of the original Mode or payment. LIMS Legacy reserves the right to change the mode of refund.
Production Lead Time
1. The production lead time for our products might take from 8 to 16 weeks unless otherwise stated.
This is based on past experience with our factory and suppliers. However due to factors beyond our control such as freight delays, adverse weather or strikes, We cannot guarantee lead times. Orders cannot be cancelled, nor deposits refunded due to delays in deliveries.
Discount, Vouchers and Promotions
1. All promotions and discounts are subjected to a set terms and conditions, which we reserve the right to change without prior notice in the best interest of the company.
2. All vouchers are limited to one voucher per transaction only, and are not valid with other types of vouchers, discounts, promotions or offers unless otherwise stated.
3. Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash.
4. Amount of voucher must be fully utilised when making payment. Any unused amount will not be refunded.
5. Extensions will not be given to expired vouchers.
6. The company reserves the right to amend validity date of vouchers or reject vouchers in order to protect the interests of the company or under circumstamces of abuse.
Term's & Condition's for Promotion
1. Promotions are not applicable with other discounts.
2. "FEST20" promotion only valid for furniture items above $200.
