Product Warranty

 Product Information

1. As our furniture products are mostly hand painted, some variations in colour and texture are to be expected between the actual product and display.
2. Furniture that are made of solid wood: Due to the nature of the material, grain patterns will vary from piece to piece. Natural wood features might be present. These features are in no way considered as defects.
3. Changes in paint colour due to natural causes are not considered as defects.

Claim Procedure

1. Any claims will have to be emailed to "limslegacy.enquiry@gmail.com" attached with photos of defects, and order/receipt number. 

Limitations & Exceptions

1. Proper care and usage are essential to preserving your rights under this warranty. This warranty does not apply if your furniture is damaged by using detergents, abrasives or other harsh cleaning agents.
2. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents: including (but not limited to) burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations or damage from pets.
3. This warranty does not apply if product is used outdoors, unless specifically stated otherwise.
4. Any product modification by consumer or other parties not authorised by LIMS Legacy will void this Warranty.
5. This Warranty does not cover items marked as ‘AS-IS’ or any form of Display items at the time of purchase.
6. This Warranty does not cover items not purchased directly from LIMS Legacy.
7. LIMS Legacy decision on all issues relating to complaints regarding defects, either of workmanship or materials, shall be final and conclusive. Any decision to repair or have part(s) replaced shall be at LIMS Legacy sole discretion.
8. Any item repaired or replaced under this limited Warranty will be covered by the limited Warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period only.
9. This Warranty covers in respect of manufacturing defects detected within the warranty period, the cost of material components, replacement parts, labour and transportation charges.
10. In respect of manufacturing defects detected after the warranty period, the cost of material components and replacement parts, with all labour charges and transportation costs (if any) are to be covered by the Purchaser.

5. Dining Tables - 12 months Limited Warranty
